D. SEAN LeBARI received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Northwest Oklahoma State University, in 1984; a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1987. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1987; he is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of the State of Texas, and all State Courts in Texas; he is also licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
